Predator: Hunting Grounds Limited Demo Now Live
I got a brief chance to get some hands-on time with Predator: Hunting Grounds at PAX East. Ever since, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the chance to get my hands on the game again. Hunting down the Fireteam as the Predator felt great. Playing as the Fireteam required teamwork and precision. I will admit, PAX East isn’t the best environment to coordinate with your teammates. But hey, at least I got to Arnold scream, “Get to da choppa!” to someone other than my cat for once.
As of this weekend, eager fans can now join me in the hunting grounds for the Predator: Hunting Grounds limited demo. Both PC and PS4 players will be able to download the game from March 27th (today) to March 29th. The demo will only feature the map Overgrowth, which takes place in a South American jungle complex. You’ll be able to pick from three different human Fireteam classes: Assault, Scout, and Support. Your selection of weapons will also be limited to just a few from each class. The Predator class will be similarly restricted to just the Hunter class (hunter, Berserker, and Scout will be in the full game). You can read all about how the game plays and the objectives over in the full post on the Playstation Blog.
So if you want to check out the Predator: Hunting Grounds demo on the PC, head on over to this link to get it from the Epic Games Store. You can also download it on your PS4 from the PSN. Both versions will be available when the game launches on April 24th for $40.
