Jason Voorhees Gets Adorable in Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle
We mostly know Jason Voorhees as this horrifying hockey mask wearing killer that loves to stab camp councilors while they have sex. However, it turns out he can be adorable too. Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle proves exactly that.
Originally having launched on mobile phones and PC back in 2018, and now hitting Xbox One, this free to play game has you playing as Jason as he murders people at the request of his decapitated mother’s head. To do so you’ll have to slid Jason around the level. See, Jason is an unstoppable force, so once he gets moving there’s no way to stop him until he hits a wall or victim. It’s rather hilarious to see in action.
So yes, this does mean that Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle is basically an M-rated sliding block puzzle game. Is that a bad thing? Nah. It’s hilariously adorable while also being genuinely brutal. When you get to your chosen victim you’ll then play a little minigame that determines if you kill them, in a dramatic and brutal way of course, or if they’ll manage to escape. The best part? It’s a free game, so you don’t have to slap money down unless you want a specific costume for him.
If Friday the 13th: Killer Puzzle is your thing, you can grab it now on PC, Xbox One, and mobile devices. You can find the game on Steam here.
